Employee Assistance Program:

EAPs originated with alcoholism programs established by a few major employers in the 1940s.  Since then, EAPs have evolved to help employees manage daily challenges in work and life.         


Employee Assistance Program Coordinator, assist Department of Defense Civilians, Retirees and Family Members with any issues that adversely affect the job performance.  EAP services consist of short term counseling, identification/assessments, referrals and follow-ups to local and network resource services or providers. Provide classes: Annual Army Substance Abuse Training for Employees and Supervisors, Stress Management, Anger Management and Supervisors consultation. No appointments are necessary, Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services are FREE and Confidential.
