The Fort Irwin EO/EEO offices, and 1ST Squadron, 11th Armored Calvary Regiment Cordially invites the Fort Irwin community to participate in the 2017 Hispanic Heritage Month observance on Wednesday, 27 September from 1100-1230 at Sandy Basin Community Center.  The event theme “Shaping the Bright Future of America " Featuring guest speaker Mr. Ted Alejandre, San Bernardino County Superintendent of Schools, Performances by the Los Angeles Ballroom Academy, and a food sampling prepared by members of the 11th ACR and NTC family culinary team, If anyone is interested in participating, volunteering to help the culinary team of the 11th ACR, or to help in other ways please contact SFC Conklin at the Fort Irwin EO/EEO Offices at 380 4963/7339.

EO Mission (ARMY)

The Equal Opportunity (EO) program and policy formulates, directs, and sustains a comprehensive effort to maximize human potential and to ensure fair treatment for all persons based solely on merit, fitness, and capability in support of readiness. EOL Required Training (New)

***Ensure that your unit are getting Transgender Tier 3 Training completed, 1 June is the cutoff date for the Army. Also make sure and talk about the new online conduct policy by the COS of the Army in addition To your 3rd QTR EO training as required to be completed in accordance with AR 600-20
