2nd Squadron, 11th Armored Cavalry Regiment is a dual missioned unit

• On order, deploy to any designated AOR as a combined arms squadron and on arrival conduct full specturm operations
• Conduct insurgent, civilian on the battlefield, and mounted operations at the NTC and other locations to replicate the specific current operating environment to be encountered by supported Army, Sister Service, and SOF units conducting predeployment and other training.
