Army Benefits Center - (ABC - CIVILIAN)

The Army Benefits Center (ABC) where you may elect, cancel, or change your benefits during open seasons or as the rules of each program allow.  ALL elections, cancellations, or changes for Life Insurance (FEGLI), Health Insurance (FEHB), and Thrift Savings Plan (TSP) must be made through the ABC.  The CPAC does not accept or process the paperwork.  Retirement calculations are available through and retirement packets are submitted directly to ABC.  Retirement forms may be downloaded from the ABC website and ABC has counselors you may contact.
